Whenever I'm having a bad day, I remember that in Belgium,

Scott Richmond said...: I always go look at a mountain top. Just stretch my mind and reach to the top and hold for awhile. Feels like stretching a muscle. Used to feel like that sitting next to the ocean, but if I went a block inland, it disappeared. I live where I can always reach up to a mountain. Mountains can be internal too, though. Faith is like that.
